This policy explains how Pure Skin Health ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you join our waiting list. We are the data controller for the information you provide.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list we collect your first name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We also record the date you signed up and basic technical information (such as your IP address) to help prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about the clinic opening and your introductory offer, on the basis of the consent you give when you sign up. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored securely using our database and email providers (Supabase and Resend). Access is limited to Pure Skin Health and our website provider, Kelso Creative.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can email us to be removed at once. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
